Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to France and the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. The countries available are listed in the country selector at the bottom of the page.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for your country from 30 € of purchases. The delivery methods available (home or pick-up point) and their prices are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout depending on your country. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can’t find it? Write to us at contact@savana-games.com with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card and the other secure methods shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay or PayPal, depending on your country). Payment is fully encrypted.
Returns and after-sales
Can I return a game?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Tell us by email at contact@savana-games.com, then send the game back within 14 days, complete and in packaging that protects it. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
When am I refunded?
As soon as we receive the returned game, using the same payment method as your order.
A piece is missing or damaged, what do I do?
Write to us via the contact page with your order number and a photo: we send you the missing piece.

Which game should I choose?
Each game page shows the number of players, the age and the length of a game. For a big group: Traitors Aboard or Beat That!. For two: Lacuna. To talk and get closer: SOCIAL. See all our games.
I lost the rules, how do I get them?
Write to us at contact@savana-games.com with the name of the game: we send you the rules.
Where can I buy your games in store?
Our games are sold in specialist game shops, in many retailers and on Amazon. Ask your favourite shop, or write to us to find one near you.
I designed a game, can I submit it to you?
Yes, with pleasure. Everything is explained on the Submit a game page.
